Stop Dreaming if You’re X Years Old?
Over the weekend, I had the incredible privilege of sitting down with a true inspiration—Mama Maria, the founder of Vision for Africa. This amazing woman conceived and birthed her dream at the age of 60.
Yes, you read that right! She built Vision for Africa from the ground up, an organization that has since touched thousands of lives through education, healthcare, and empowerment.
But wait—there’s more. Mama Maria is now 86 and planning to build a Talent Center for young people to explore and develop skills in music, sports, and beyond. Her goal? To nurture a generation of talented, empowered African youth who can make a positive impact in their communities and beyond.
For me, this was more than just an encounter; it was a wake-up call—a reminder that age has no place in limiting dreams. Her story fuels my own passion and renews my commitment to bringing Edagogy’s vision to life.
I am sure you know well enough not to wait until you are sixty to start. My point is this, keep dreaming as long as you still have breath.
What's that dream God has placed in your heart? Share it, let's keep inspiring each other.
My name is Paul Naigo, Educator . I wish you all a fruitful week ahead.
